Ebun Williams

Ebunoluwa Williams is a seasoned business leader with over 15 years of experience across business development, product development, strategic partnerships, project management, real estate, and tax. She currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Sapphire Virtual Networks Limited, a leading fintech company delivering smart financing and digital solutions designed to evolve with market needs.

Ebunoluwa has held leadership roles at notable organizations including the Lagos State Internal Revenue Service and Sankore Investments, where she served as Vice President of Business Development. At Sankore, she led the business development team to consecutive wins as “Team of the Year” in 2023 and 2024.

Earlier in her career at Sapphire, she rose swiftly from Executive Assistant to Senior Business Manager, overseeing multiple business units. She played a pivotal role in the company’s transition into a tech-driven organization, leading the development and launch of two flagship products that became key revenue drivers. Her leadership in securing strategic partnerships also helped onboard major OEMs, telecom operators, and multinationals, significantly boosting the company’s market relevance.

Ebunoluwa has led and delivered numerous web and mobile application projects end-to-end, from concept to deployment seamlessly integrating with various tech providers to deliver digital lending solutions for both retail and corporate clients. She also spearheaded the company’s market expansion into Ghana and the Republic of Benin, demonstrating her knack for strategic growth and operational excellence.

Beyond her professional work, Ebunoluwa is passionate about mentoring young women in career development and personal branding. She is an active career coach and business content creator on LinkedIn, with a deep commitment to helping women pursue their goals beyond societal expectations. She is the Founder and current President of the Joyce Ojemudia Foundation, a Nigerian NGO dedicated to supporting women on their journey to motherhood.
